Korn Ferry’s RPO and Digital solutions span all aspects of human resources including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Strategy, Sales Transformation and Professional Development.
Mulrooney led the strategic execution and integration of key products to expand Korn Ferry’s Digital Professional Development Solutions including sales transformation, customer service and employee experience. He also leads Korn Ferry’s digital development efforts to deliver KF Human Capital Management solutions on client technology platforms including Microsoft and SalesForce.com.
Mulrooney joined the firm in 2000 after spending 25 years in senior sales and operating roles in public and private companies, including IBM, EDS and Spherion. He is a member of Korn Ferry’s Global Operating Committee.
Mulrooney holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and a master's degree from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
