Jamie was Chairman of the Board for USAA Savings Bank, and has served on the boards of USAA Federal Savings Bank, clearXchange/Zelle, Early Warning System, and a variety of non-profit boards.

Jamie graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in Electrical Engineering. He also earned an MBA with High Distinction (George Baker Scholar) from the Harvard Business School. Jamie, his wife, and three children live in Cleveland, Ohio.
