Ms. Galindo is a highly regarded chief legal officer, executive and strategic leader with 25 years as a trusted advisor for multinational public companies’ executives and board of directors in a variety of industries with respect to securities, corporate, governance and compliance, as well as complex transactions and operations matters. Ms. Galindo is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel at KBR, Inc. She previously served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer for FLIR Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLIR). At FLIR, Ms. Galindo let the Legal, Global Trade Compliance and Government Affairs teams and served as the primary legal advisor to executive management and to the Board of Directors, as well as provided leadership and management of all legal and compliance matters in support of the company’s business objectives.

Ms. Galindo’s legal career started at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, was then followed by a corporate and securities private practice at Blank Rome LLP and Whiteford Taylor & Preston LLP, both large national law firms, and then developed to in-house counsel. Ms. Galindo has spent the last 15 years providing legal counsel at several multi-national publicly traded companies with increased responsibilities and capacity. From 2012-14 she worked at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. (NASDAQ: GMCR; now KDP) as Vice President, Associate General Counsel-Corporate, and Secretary and from 2005-08 at McCormick & Company, Inc. (NYSE: MKC) as Associate Counsel & Assistant Secretary. In addition, Ms. Galindo served as Ethics & Employment Counsel at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation from 2008-11.
Ms. Galindo serves on the Ira Millstein Center for Global Markets & Corporate Counsel and the Diversity Lab Advisory Board of Advisors. She also recently joined the Association of Corporate Counsel Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisory Board and its Leadership Academy Board of Advisors. She has previously served on the Women in Power & Law Advisory Board and the Virginia Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Galindo earned a Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall Law School and both a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance at Hood College for Women.
