David’s early career includes fourteen years with Courtaulds plc, where he held a number of finance roles, ultimately serving as the Finance Director of Courtaulds Coatings (Holdings) Limited from 1997 to 1999. David is a Chartered Management Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Sciences from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in the UK. David is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee.
