Ekta Singh-Bushell has served on our board of directors since May 2019. Ms. Singh-Bushell serves as chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and serves on the Finance and Capital Allocation and the Technology and Information Security Committees.
Ms. Singh-Bushell was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Dragos, Inc. in December 2024. Ms. Singh-Bushell was the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Office at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from 2016-2017. Prior to that, she spent over 17 years at Ernst & Young (“EY”), where she served in various leadership roles, including Global Coordinating Partner, Americas Innovation & Digital Strategy Leader, Global/Americas Tech Ops Executive, Global Information Security Officer and Northeast Advisory People Leader.
During her tenure at EY she led transformations of companies across multiple industries through technological and digital change. Cranfield University nominated her to the 2017 Female FTSE Index: 100 Women to Watch, and in 2013, the Council of Urban Professionals recognized her contributions with a Catalyst Change Agent award. Ms. Singh-Bushell was appointed to the board of directors and as a member of the audit committee and public policy committee of Cisco Systems, Inc. on June 14, 2024. Since 2018, Ms. Singh-Bushell has served on the board of directors and as chair of audit, member of social & ethics, and nominating and governance committees of Lesaka Technologies (fka Net 1 UEPS Technologies, Inc.). Since April 2022, Ms. Singh-Bushell has served on the board of directors of ChargePoint Holdings, Inc. and as a member of the audit committee. Since 2017, Ms. Singh-Bushell has served on the board of directors, chair of security & technology, member of audit & risk and nominating and corporate governance committees of TTEC Holdings, Inc.
From 2018 – 2022, Ms. Singh-Bushell served on the board of directors and as a member of the audit and nominating and governance committees of Designer Brands Inc. From 2018 – 2022, Ms. Singh-Bushell served as a director of Datatec Limited including serving as the lead independent director. From 2015 - 2024, Ms. Singh-Bushell served as a strategic board adviser to DecisionGPS, LLC. From 2004 - 2014, Ms. Singh-Bushell served on the board of directors of the Asian American Federation and as the treasurer and audit committee chair. Ms. Singh-Bushell has a Masters in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelors of Engineering from the University of Poona, India. Ms. Singh-Bushell is a licensed CPA and holds advanced international certifications in sustainability (FSA), governance, information systems security, and audit.
