Stan Soroka is Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer for Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV). Mr. Soroka is responsible for continuous development of innovative enhancements to the Club Member experience.
Mr. Soroka provides corporate and customer strategies to drive profitable customer behavior and create a customer-centric culture focused on service, retention, and loyalty while driving value for the company. Aligned with HGV’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, Mr. Soroka serves as executive sponsor of the company’s Team Member Resource Group for African-Americans.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Soroka was Senior Vice President of Club, Resort, and Brand Services. He and his team made impactful changes to the way the company serves Club Members and guests, investing in additional Club counselors, launching the new Club website and mobile application, and improving customer service scores at HGV resorts.
Previously, Mr. Soroka was Area Vice President of Florida for Hilton and Hilton Grand Vacations Resort Operations. In this dual capacity, he oversaw hotel operations for Hilton, Doubletree, Embassy Suites, and Waldorf Astoria properties throughout the state, as well as the Conrad Miami. Mr. Soroka’s responsibilities also included oversight of timeshare resort operation functions for HGV’s developed properties in Las Vegas, New York, Orlando, and South Beach, Miami.
A second-generation hotelier, Mr. Soroka has more than 34 years of experience successfully operating renowned hotels and resorts. Mr. Soroka began his hospitality career with Hyatt in the stewarding department, quickly moving up the food and beverage ranks before transitioning to front office operations and management.
Mr. Soroka holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston.
