(“Cummins”), which designs, manufactures, and sells a portfolio of innovative products, including components, engines, power generation, and digital solutions. Prior to Ms. Rumsey’s election to this role in August 2022, she served as President and Chief Operating Officer from March 2021 through July 2022 and as Vice President and President, Components Business Segment from October 2019 until March 2021. Prior to that, Ms. Rumsey served as Vice President, Chief Technical Officer of Cummins, from October 2015 until October 2019. Since November 2000, Ms. Rumsey has held various technical roles in research, technology, and product development and other positions of increasing responsibility at Cummins.
