Prior to joining HollyFrontier Refining & Marketing LLC, Ms. Pompa provided customized leadership and business consulting services to clients in many industries, including energy, as the owner and Chief Executive Officer of VAP Business Solutions from April 2018 to October 2020. She also served as Chief Operating Officer of ATS Industrial, from April 2018 to October 2020.
