Mr. Myers has served as a senior advisor of Quantum Energy Partners, a private equity firm, since February 2013. Mr. Myers served as an operating advisor to Paine & Partners, LLC, a private equity firm, from 2009 through 2012 and as Senior Advisor to Cameron International Corporation, a publicly traded provider of flow equipment products, from 2008 until 2009. Mr. Myers served as a director of Frontier Oil Corporation (“Frontier”) from 2009 until the merger in July 2011, as a director of Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. from September 2010 until March 2018, as a director of ION Geophysical Corporation from 2001 to June 2019, and as a director of NCS Multistage Holdings, Inc. from February 2017 to June 2020. He currently serves as a director of Comfort Systems USA, Inc. Mr. Myers also serves as a director of WireCo WorldGroup Inc., which ceased to have a class of securities registered pursuant to Section 12 of the Exchange Act at the end of September 2016.
