Stephan Gratziani Biography and Net Worth

In his role as president, Stephan Gratziani is responsible for driving transformative change and implementing strategic initiatives that are central to the company’s top-line sales growth.

He partners with senior executives and directly oversees regional leadership to enhance sales training programs, promote the engagement of Herbalife Independent Distributors and identify growth opportunities.

Prior to joining Herbalife in August 2023 as chief strategy officer, Mr. Gratziani was a Distributor for 32 years, and he now brings his experience as an entrepreneur with a proven track record of global business growth. He expanded his Herbalife business to 70 markets across North America, South America, Europe and Asia; he reached Chairman’s Club in 2010; and in 2018, he achieved the highest Distributor level of Founder’s Circle.

As a Distributor, Mr. Gratziani was an integral member of various strategy and planning committees for the company, and he brings a strong business analytics background and innovative entrepreneurism. He was also active in training Distributors around the world, lending his expertise to help Herbalife deliver on its mission to help people live their best lives.

Before becoming a Distributor in 1991, Mr. Gratziani was a top U.S. national cyclist who moved to France at the age of 19 to pursue the goal of becoming a professional athlete. He discovered Herbalife at the age of 22 in Paris and fell in love with the company and its mission. He believes that part of what makes Herbalife and its community so special is the unique approach to helping people change their lives in so many different areas.
