Mr. Brous joined Henry Schein, Inc. in 2002, and is currently Chief Executive Officer, Strategic Business Group, which includes the Company's manufacturing and service-based endodontic and other health care businesses. A member of the Company's Executive Management Committee, Mr. Brous also has executive responsibility for the International Distribution Group.

Since joining the Company, Mr. Brous has had extensive experience at Henry Schein leading businesses across multiple markets and geographies. Previously, he held the position of President, Strategic Business Units Group and the Asia Pacific & Brazil Dental, responsible for the management of the Company's portfolio of manufacturing and specialty businesses as well as select joint ventures and specialty projects. In his role managing the Asia Pacific and Brazil regions, Mr. Brous led the Company's distribution platforms for those markets. Mr. Brous has also led the Henry Schein Corporate Business Development Group and the International Healthcare Group (managing our International Animal Health business, International Medical business, and Australia / New Zealand Dental business). He has extensive international experience, having taken on international assignments within the organization.

The Technology and Value-Added Services segment offers software, technology, and other value-added services that include practice management software systems for dental and medical practitioners; and value-added practice solutions comprising practice consultancy, education, revenue cycle management and financial services, e-services, practice technology, and network and hardware services, as well as consulting, and continuing education services.
