Frank A. Corvino has served as a member of our board of directors since July 2014. Mr. Corvino has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Greenwich Hospital in Greenwich, Connecticut since November 1992 and also has been an Executive Vice President of Yale New Haven Health System since March 1998. Mr. Corvino served as Chief Operating Officer of Greenwich Hospital from July 1988 until his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer. Since January 2013, Mr. Corvino has been a member of the Fordham University Science Council. Mr. Corvino serves as a director for a number of private companies. Mr. Corvino holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from Fordham University and an M.S. in Pharmacy Administration from St. John’s University.
