As Executive Vice President and Chief Global Operations Officer of Hasbro, Inc., Tom Courtney oversees Hasbro’s worldwide sourcing and manufacturing strategy; supply chain, logistics and warehousing; product safety and quality; and corporate real estate and security.

Since joining Hasbro in 1992 as Assistant Controller – Games, Tom has served as VP Finance Games, SVP Finance North America, and SVP Global Business Planning and Analysis. Most recently, he served as SVP & GM Global Operations, where he led the successful turnaround and sale of Hasbro’s games manufacturing operations in Massachusetts and Ireland.

Prior to joining the company, Tom held positions at Coopers & Lybrand and Brennan College Services. He has previously served as a president and board member of the Greater Springfield chapter of the Financial Executive Institute, as well as a board member of the Springfield Technical Community College Foundation and the YMCA of Greater Springfield. Tom earned a BBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
