Mr. Richardson has served as a member of the board of directors of Grindr since November 2022. Since June 2021, Mr. Richardson has served as a partner at Joffre Capital, a private equity firm. Mr. Richardson was an Executive Vice President at Red Ventures from August 2019 until October 2021.
