Fraser Atkinson is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of GreenPower Motor Company Inc. Prior to that he was Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer from February 22, 2011 to December 23, 2014 of Oakmont Minerals Corp. He was the President, Secretary and Chief Financial Officer from February 11, 2011 to February 22, 2011. Mr. Atkinson has been a director and officer of a number of public companies. He has been a director of Grizzly Discoveries Inc., a public company with gold and potash properties listed on the Exchange, since March 2011. He was the director and the Chairman of Rara Terra Capital Corp., a junior mineral exploration and development company listed on the Exchange, from December 2009 to January 10, 2013.
