Richard N. Massey J.D. serves as Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Mr. Massey is a Senior Managing Director of Trasimene Capital Management, LLC, a privately held company, which provides certain management services to Cannae, since November 2019. Cannae is a holding company engaged in managing and operating a group of companies and investments and, in Mr. Massey’s roles as its Chief Executive Officer, he serves as a director of Cannae and some of its portfolio companies, including D&B, which is privately held. Mr. Massey is also a longtime partner of Westrock Capital Partners and Bear State Advisors, both privately held multi-family investment partnerships. Mr. Massey was Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel of Alltel Corporation from January 2006 to January 2009. From 2000 until 2006, Mr. Massey served as Managing Director of Stephens Inc., a private investment bank, during which time his financial advisory practice focused on software and information technology companies. Mr. Massey also serves as a director FNF, Black Knight, Inc. and FGL Holdings. Following the closing of the FNF merger with FGL Holdings, FGL Holdings will be a wholly-owned non-public subsidiary of FNF. He also serves as a director of the Oxford American Literary Project, and as Chairman of the Board of the Arkansas Razorback Foundation.
