She also led HCM Transformation, successfully implementing Workday, considered best-in-class, cloudbased HC technology, and HR Hub, the Bank’s human capital portal.
Education Peg earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Miami University, majoring in finance, personnel and employment relations, and organizational behavior. She also has SPHR certification.
