EVP of Exelon
A 32-year veteran of the energy industry, Nigro is Exelon’s chief financial officer and is responsible for overseeing the execution of all financial activities including the capital investment process, financial reporting, planning, tax, insurance, risk management, and credit management. Additionally, in his role, Nigro leads the treasury function in developing and implementing financing plans as well as the investor relations department.  Nigro is a member of the Exelon Executive and Risk Management Committees and serves as Chair of Exelon’s Corporate Investment Committee. Exelon is currently pursuing a separation of the company into two independent corporations: Constellation, comprised of the current generation and competitive energy businesses, and Exelon, consisting primarily of the six public utilities.  Upon completion of the separation, pending the remaining regulatory approvals, Nigro will continue as CFO of Exelon.
