Edward Ryan Biography and Net Worth

Mr. Ryan is a member of the board of directors at MDU Resources Group, where he chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee and also is a member of the Compensation Committee. As a director nominee for Everus Construction Group, Inc., Mr. Ryan is expected to chair the Nominating and Governance Committee and also serve on the Audit Committee. Mr. Ryan is a former executive vice president and general counsel for a large public company with international operations.
