Randall (“Randy”) B. Gonzales was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Eos in January 2022 after a more than 20-year career in various financial and operational leadership roles at major manufacturing organizations. Prior to Eos, Randy served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Lydall, Inc., a publicly-traded global provider of specialty filtration and advanced materials solutions. There, he led the Company’s global Accounting & Finance, Strategy & Transformation, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, and Information Technology functions. From 2014 to 2018, Randy served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Caterpillar’s (NYSE: CAT) Rail Division—Progress Rail—a multi-billion dollar global supplier of railroad and transit system products and services, including the iconic Electro-Motive Diesel brand of freight locomotives and engines. Prior to this, Randy spent a decade at Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., a Fortune Global 50 automotive manufacturer, where he held financial and operational leadership roles of increasing responsibility including Chief Financial Officer for Nissan’s Global Sales & Marketing functions based in Yokohama, Japan.
Randy holds a Master of Business Administration from Wright State University and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Air Force Academy. Mr. Gonzales is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
