Prior to joining TRW, Ms. Walker-Lee held a number of leadership positions at General Motors, including Assistant General Counsel?—?Operations from 2008 to 2010, and Regional General Counsel and Vice President of Public Policy for GM Latin America, Africa and the Middle East from 2002 to 2008. Ms. Walker-Lee currently serves on the Board of Directors of Rexnord Corporation, a $2 billion global industrial company. She was elected to our Board on December 13, 2018.
