Brenda Morris Biography and Net Worth

Ms. Morris was appointed to our Board of Directors in September 2015. Ms. Morris is currently a Partner with CSuite Financial Partners, an executive services firm dedicated to providing organizations in all industries with world-class project management and search solutions. Previously, Ms. Morris was Chief Financial Officer of Apex Parks Group, a privately held operating company that acquired 17 amusement parks and family entertainment centers since inception, from 2016 to 2019. Ms. Morris previously served at Torrid, a multi-channel retailer, as Senior Vice President, Finance from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Ms. Morris served as Chief Financial Officer for 5.11 Tactical, a tactical gear and apparel wholesaler and retailer from 2013 to 2015; Love Culture, a young women’s fashion retailer from 2011 to 2013; and Icicle Seafoods, a premium seafood processor and distributor from 2009 to 2011. Ms. Morris was also Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of iFloor.com from 2007 to 2009; Chief Financial Officer at Zumiez Inc. from 2003 to 2007, and Director of Finance and then Vice President/Chief Financial Officer at K2 Corporation from 1999 to 2003. Ms. Morris is also a board member and Audit Committee Chair of Boot Barn Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:BOOT) and a board member of Ideal Image and Xponential Fitness. Ms. Morris has served on the Pacific Lutheran University Board of Regents since 2011 and has served on several non- profit boards in various capacities, including Treasurer and on an audit committee and a compensation committee. Ms. Morris is a CPA (inactive), Certified Management Accountant and Certified Global Management Accountant. Ms. Morris holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Pacific Lutheran University and a M.B.A. from Seattle University. We selected Ms. Morris to serve on our Board of Directors given her over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting and operations roles and over 25 years in the consumer products, retail and wholesale sectors.
