Ritch Allison has served as Domino's chief executive officer since July 2018. He was president of Domino's International from October 2014 to July 2018 after joining Domino's in March 2011 as executive vice president of International. During the seven years Allison ran Domino's International, the division expanded by more than 20 countries, grew by more than 5,000 stores and maintained its long-running streak of achieving positive quarterly same-stores sales growth.
Allison has served on Domino's board of directors since July 2018, when he was elected in conjunction with being appointed chief executive officer. He also serves on the board of directors of Starbucks Corp.
Allison joined Domino's after more than 13 years at Bain & Co., a leading business consulting firm, where he was a partner and co-leader of Bain's restaurant practice, working with some of the world's most well-known restaurant brands. Early in his career at Bain, he worked in multiple industries including grocery retail, specialty services, manufacturing and logistics. Prior to his experience at Bain, Allison worked for BellSouth Corp. in strategic development and online services.
Allison received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and later earned an MBA from UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he was named a Dean's Scholar and received the Norman Block Award. He also serves on UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business School Board of Advisors.
