As DocuSign’s Chief Financial Officer, Blake Grayson leads the company’s finance team and is responsible for ensuring we deliver against our operating plan, identifying and executing on opportunities for improved efficiency and driving DocuSign’s strategic roadmap.
Blake joined DocuSign in June 2023 from The Trade Desk, where he was Chief Financial Officer, with responsibilities that included controllership, tax, treasury, analysis, investor relations, facilities and financial operations at a highly successful, category-leading public software company. Prior to The Trade Desk, Blake spent more than a decade at Amazon, in various roles including Vice President, Finance for the International Consumer business, in which he served as the head of finance for businesses in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He also held finance leadership roles at Amazon in their Marketplace, Consumables, and Amazon Web Services businesses. Before that, Blake held roles at Washington Mutual/JP Morgan Chase where he led Payments finance and the FP&A functions.
Blake earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Washington and an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
