om Sweet is Dell Technologies’ Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He oversees all aspects of the company's finance function, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury and investor relations, as well as global business operations, Dell Financial Services and Dell Technologies Capital. He also leads corporate strategy, partnering closely with the office of the CEO to develop and execute a long-term growth strategy that creates value for Dell Technologies stakeholders.

Tom joined Dell in 1997 and held various leadership positions before assuming the CFO role, including vice president of corporate finance, controller, head of internal audit, and chief accounting officer. The company was formerly known as Denali Holding Inc. and changed its name to Dell Technologies Inc. in August 2016.
