Ms. Minor has previously served on the board of several other non-profit organizations. She has served as a Director of the Company since 2019 and serves as a member of the Audit Committee and the Committee on Directors and Governance.

This segment furnishes severe-service valve technologies and services, heat exchanger repair, and piping test and isolation products, and offers ship repair and maintenance for the U.S. navy.
