R. Judd Jessup serves as Lead Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Jessup was Chief Executive Officer of CombiMatrix Corporation, a molecular diagnostics laboratory, from August 2010 to March 2013. Mr. Jessup was Chief Executive Officer of U.S. LABS, a national laboratory which provides cancer diagnostic and genetic testing services, from 2002 to 2005. Mr. Jessup was President of the HMO Division of FHP International Corporation, a diversified health care services company, from 1994 to 1996.
