Prior to co-founding SunTx, Mr. Jennings was Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Spinnaker Industries, Inc. Earlier, he also held senior finance positions at a publicly traded oil field services and food and beverage companies. Prior to that, he was a Senior Audit Manager with Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Jennings received a B.B.A. from the University of Toledo and is a Certified Public Accountant.
