Mr. Krause became a member of our Board of Directors in 2011 and serves as a member of our Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Krause has been President of LWK Ventures, a private advisory and investment firm, since 1991. He also currently serves as a Senior Advisor to The Carlyle Group and a Board Partner at Andreessen Horowitz. In addition, Mr. Krause served as President and Chief Executive Officer of 3Com Corporation, a global data networking company, from 1981 to 1990, and as its Chairman from 1987 to 1993 when he retired. Mr. Krause currently serves on the Board of Veritas Holding, Ltd., an information management leader which is privately held. It offers its products and services through independent distributors, specialized resellers and distributors, wireless and wireline operators, original equipment manufacturers, and system integrators, as well as directly to customers.
