James (Jim) Rozakis joined Cintas in 1999. Early in his tenure, he advanced through the sales ranks to become Sales Vice President of the Northeast. After developing and leading a highly productive sales team, in 2014 Mr. Rozakis transitioned into operations and took on the position of Group Vice President for the Northeast. In 2016, Mr. Rozakis moved to Cincinnati where he held several senior-level executive roles including Senior Vice President of Sales and Senior Vice President of Operations for the Northern Territory before he was promoted to President & Chief Operating Officer of the Rental Division in June 2020. Mr. Rozakis led the Rental Division to significant growth while navigating the COVID-19 pandemic. In June of 2023, Mr. Rozakis was appointed to Executive Vice President & COO.
