Mr. Farrell has been our Chairman since May 2019 and President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2016. From November 2014 to December 2015, he was our Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer, prior to which he served as our Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer since May 2007. From September 2006 through May 2007, he was our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
