Prior to joining Choice, Mr. Cimerola held various positions in healthcare services and hospitality. From 2000 to 2001, he served as vice president of human resources for Capella Senior Living, LLC. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years with ManorCare (formerly the parent company of Choice Hotels), ultimately rising to the position of director of human resources.
Mr. Cimerola earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from La Salle University in Philadelphia and a master’s degree in administration from Central Michigan University.
