Since joining the company, Ms. Dhandapani has turbocharged CBRE’s approach to leveraging technology as an enabler, assembled a high-performing team, and strengthened CBRE’s expertise in harnessing data as a differentiator.
In light of Ms. Dhandapani’s strong background in transforming organizations and creating high-performing teams, she was promoted to Chief Transformation Officer in June 2021. Earlier, she served as Chief Administrative Officer with responsibility for CBRE’s Digital & Technology, People, Marketing, Research, Corporate Communications, Supply Chain and Corporate Real Estate organizations.
Prior to joining CBRE, she was a senior technology executive at Capital One Financial for 17 years. In her last role there, she served as Digital Transformation Leader and Chief Information Officer of the bank’s Financial Services division, comprised of Capital One Auto Finance, Mortgage, Home Equity and Home Loans Servicing.
Ms. Dhandapani serves as a member of CBRE’s Global Executive Committee and is based in Dallas, Texas, USA. She serves on the board of Girls Inc Dallas and is a member of the Board of Trustees at St. Mark’s School of Texas.
