Randall Levitt serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Levitt has served on the board of directors of the Company since 2012 and the board of directors of the Bank since 2004. Since 1996, he has been the president of Nellis Corporation, a private capital management firm that manages a national portfolio of commercial real estate and provides wealth advisory services, headquartered in Rockville, Maryland. In addition, he co-chairs the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area real estate division of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University, summa cum laude, and a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School. Mr. Levitt is a member of the Company’s Audit Committee and is a member of the Bank’s Loan and Divisions Committees.
