Sandra Morgan Biography and Net Worth

Sandra Douglass Morgan became a member of the Board of Directors in November 2021. Ms. Morgan is an attorney and is the immediate past Chairwoman of the Nevada Gaming Control Board. She was appointed to this role by Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak and is the first African-American to have served as Chair. Ms. Morgan was previously appointed to the Nevada Gaming Commission by Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval in April 2018. While serving as a Commissioner, she also served as Director of External Affairs for AT&T Services, Inc. from September 2016 to January 2019 and was responsible for managing AT&T’s government and community affairs in Nevada. Ms. Morgan previously served as the City Attorney for the City of North Las Vegas from May 2008 to August 2016 and was the first African-American City Attorney in the State of Nevada. Prior to her public service with the City of North Las Vegas, she served as Litigation Attorney for MGM Mirage (now known as MGM Resorts) from 2005 to May 2008. She previously served as an Athletic Commissioner on the Nevada State Athletic Commission and served on the Board of Directors for Jobs for Nevada’s Graduates.

Ms. Morgan joined the law firm of Covington & Burling LLP as counsel in November 2021 and currently serves as a board member of the following publicly traded companies: Allegiant Travel Company (Nasdaq: ALGT), and Fidelity National Financial (Nasdaq: FNF) (member of Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee and Special Litigation Committee).

Ms. Morgan brings to the Board extensive gaming, regulatory, governmental and legal expertise and experience stemming from her background as an attorney and her experience as Chair of the Nevada Gaming Control Board, as a member of the Nevada Gaming Commission and as a city attorney. The Board of Directors has affirmatively determined that Ms. Morgan is independent under the NASDAQ listing standards.
