Mr. Kornstein served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Jackpot Enterprises, Inc., which was a NYSE-listed gaming company until its sale, and was an investment banker and Senior Managing Director of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Mr. Kornstein earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and his Master of Business Administration from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
