Lisa S. Disbrow serves as Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Disbrow has served as a member of our Board since the completion of the Spin-Off in May 2018. Ms. Disbrow retired as the Under Secretary of the United States Air Force in 2017. From January 2017 through May 2017, Ms. Disbrow served as the Acting Secretary of the United States Air Force.
