DeEtte Gray is President of Business and Information Technology Solutions for CACI International Inc, an international provider of expertise and technology serving enterprise and mission defense, intelligence, and federal civilian government customers.
Ms. Gray leads the delivery of offerings that are modernizing and enabling government agency operations. Her sector capabilities include information technology infrastructure modernization, operations, and sustainment; the design, development, and sustainment of enterprise applications; and the delivery of business process services.
Prior to this, Ms. Gray served as CACI’s President of U.S. Operations, leading CACI business groups in serving customers with excellence and driving company growth. She brings an exceptional track record of developing strong customer relationships and perpetuating a culture of inclusion, teamwork, and innovation.
Before joining CACI, Ms. Gray served as president of BAE Systems’ Intelligence & Security sector for five years. In this role, she oversaw the delivery of a broad range of solutions and services, including information technology, intelligence analysis, cyber operations, and systems engineering, integration, and sustainment that enabled military and government customers to meet their mission demands.
Prior to this, Ms. Gray spent 13 years at Lockheed Martin in positions of increasing responsibility. This included serving as vice president of Enterprise Information Technology Solutions for Information Systems & Global Services-Defense, where she led the group’s worldwide business supporting Department of Defense and government agency customers with enterprise architecture, software, cyber security, network operations, and project management solutions.
Ms. Gray also brings significant experience in strategic planning. At CACI, she has developed a comprehensive growth strategy to sustain current customers while also aggressively pursuing new opportunities. At Lockheed Martin, she helped architect the corporate strategic plan and led development of the company’s IT and Homeland Security strategies.
A native of North Carolina, Ms. Gray received a bachelor of science degree from North Carolina State University (NC State) in 1991 and a master of science degree from East Carolina University in 1997. In 2014, she returned to NC State to give the commencement address to the College of Education.
Ms. Gray served as chair of Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association International’s Board of Directors for three years and is active in other industry associations. She has received numerous awards and recognition during her career, in both the education and defense fields, including Lockheed Martin’s prestigious NOVA Award for Leadership, the company’s highest and most distinguished leadership recognition.
Ms. Gray is a dedicated runner and has participated in numerous half-marathons across the country. She and her husband reside in Virginia.
