Michael Berman Biography and Net Worth

Mr. Berman has served as a Director since 2013. From December 2011 until January 2018, Mr. Berman served as Chief Financial Officer of GGP Inc. (“GGP”) and oversaw its finance, accounting, capital markets, treasury, investor relations and corporate communications functions. From September 2003 until he joined GGP in 2011, Mr. Berman served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Equity LifeStyle Properties (formerly Manufactured Home Communities). During 2003, Mr. Berman was an associate professor at the New York University Real Estate Institute. Mr. Berman currently serves on the boards of Jaguar Global Growth Corporation I, where he serves as Chair of the Audit Committee, and Skyline Champion Corp., where he serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and on the Governance and Nominating Committee. He is a past board member of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation. Mr. Berman holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University. In determining that he should serve as a director, our Board considered his over 35 years of combined experience in the real estate and financial industries, including the retail property sector in particular, and his familiarity with financial reporting and accounting matters.
