Mr. Lissy is the current Chair of the Board. He served as Executive Chairman of the Company from January 2018 through December 2019 and has served as a director of the Company since 2001. Mr. Lissy served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from January 2002 to January 2018. Previously, he served as Chief Development Officer of the Company from 1998 until January 2002 and as Executive Vice President from June 2000 to January 2002.
