Tania Wingfield was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in July 2022. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of human resources for BorgWarner employees around the globe, including:
compensation and benefits, talent management, labor, employment, social responsibility and internal communications. 

Wingfield joined BorgWarner in 2015 as part of the company’s acquisition of Remy International. Since then, she has held roles of increasing responsibility in engineering, strategy, and acquisition integration, most recently serving as the Vice President and General Manager of North America, Aftermarket. Wingfield holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Wingfield sits on the nonprofit board of Indianapolis Vineyard Church and most recently was on the board of the Automotive Aftermarket Supplier Association (AASA).
