Horacio Rozanski started with Booz Allen in 1991 as a summer intern, and a year later, joined full time as a strategy consultant in the company's commercial business. He rose through the ranks and served as chief personnel officer, chief strategy and talent officer, chief operating officer, and president before becoming chief executive officer in 2015 and chairman of the Board of Directors in 2024.
During his more than 30-year Booz Allen career, Horacio has played an integral role in the company’s major strategic initiatives, including the successful 2010 initial public offering. He has led the transformation of Booz Allen from a traditional consulting firm to the premier technology integrator and innovator for the U.S. federal government. This effort positioned Booz Allen at the center of our nation’s most critical missions and laid the foundation for the company’s sustained growth.

He is also vice chair of the Kennedy Center Corporate Fund Board and a member of the Business Roundtable and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum’s Committee on Conscience. Horacio was named to the Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans and received the 2022 Horatio Alger Award.
Born and raised in Argentina, Horacio moved to the United States to attend college. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
