Bob Eddy has been a director of the Company since April 2021 and currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Eddy joined the Company in 2007 as Senior Vice President, Finance and was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2011 and served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer from 2018 to April 2021 when he became President and Chief Executive Officer in connection with Mr. Delaney's unexpected passing. Prior to joining BJ’s, Mr. Eddy served retail and consumer products companies as a member of the audit and business advisory practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, in Boston and San Francisco. From 2013 to 2017, Mr. Eddy chaired the Financial Executives Council of the National Retail Federation. Mr. Eddy is a graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts, and Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts.
