He supervises Bank of Hawaii’s internal financial reporting, planning and forecasting, financial accounting and reporting, regulatory financial reporting, corporate taxation, and the overall budget and forecast for the company.

Mr. Shigemura joined the bank in 1999 as Vice President and Investments Officer, and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2002.
