He joined UBS in 2003 as head of Equity Capital Markets in Asia and was appointed head of Global Equity Capital Markets in 2006 and head of Global Capital Markets in 2008.

Before UBS, Koder worked in the Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets divisions of Goldman Sachs for almost 10 years in Hong Kong, Sydney and New York City.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with first-class honors in finance from University of New South Wales, Australia.
