Prior to this role, Ms. Shaw was Senior Vice President of Eli Lilly Company, and President of Lilly Bio-Medicines, the business within Eli Lilly Company that comprises neuroscience and immunology. Ms. Shaw holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin and a BBA in marketing from Iowa State University.
