Previously, Maria served as President of Small Business Services and Human Resources Outsourcing, where she led organizations including Small Business Services, Retirement Services, Insurance Services, ADP Workforce Now® Comprehensive Services, ADP Resource®, and ADP TotalSource® — the largest Professional Employer Organization (PEO) in the United States.

With a mission to foster diversity, equity and inclusion and ignite meaningful collaboration across the business and industry, Maria has championed corporate social responsibility efforts and serves in a number of professional organizations.
