Joining ADP in 1996 as a sales associate, Maria learned the business from the ground up by selling payroll door-to-door. She went on to assume leadership roles in sales, client services and operations, and led the successful expansion of ADP’s human capital management offerings as the General Manager for ADP United Kingdom.
Prior to her current role, Maria served as President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing, where she led ADP’s sales and marketing and go-to-market activities to strengthen brand awareness and grow market share. Previously, Maria served as President of Small Business Services and Human Resources Outsourcing, where she led organizations including Small Business Services, Retirement Services, Insurance Services, ADP Workforce Now® Comprehensive Services, ADP Resource®, and ADP TotalSource® — the largest Professional Employer Organization (PEO) in the United States.
