Chris D’Ambrosio is the Chief Strategy Officer at ADP. In this role, he leads strategy, corporate development, ADP Ventures, and the ADP Research Institute, and he is responsible for driving ADP’s strategic business development plans and accelerating growth in the human capital management market.
Joining ADP in 2014 as Vice President of Strategy, Chris has led a number of growth initiatives during his tenure, having held a variety of roles in strategy, business development, and operations.
Most recently, Chris served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Insurance Services, where he drove digital transformation, expanded the business’s geographic footprint, and broadened distribution channels. Previously, he was Senior Division Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for ADP’s Small Business Services (SBS) and Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) divisions. Across both areas of the business, he led strategic planning and worked with senior leadership to identify, scope, and execute key strategic growth initiatives.
Prior to ADP, Chris was with McKinsey & Company, where he led several engagements on growth strategy and sales and marketing effectiveness. He also focused on driving organizational transformation, supporting clients to redesign operations and to implement change-management programs.
Chris holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Wharton School and a bachelor’s degree from Williams College.
