Gus Blanchard is Chief Marketing Officer for ADP. In this role, Gus leads ADP’s global marketing and communications organization, including the Growth Marketing, Brand to Demand and External Communications groups. Leveraging a deep background in sales and an intuition for clients’ needs, Gus delivers on the critical task of ensuring a cohesive, collective approach to Sales and Marketing to successfully attract and retain clients, expand market share, and strengthen the ADP brand.
Previously, Gus served as Senior Vice President (SVP) for Global Enterprise Sales (GES). Gus implemented multiple programs and initiatives that produced a high vitality salesforce distributing domestic and global HCM solutions in the enterprise market space.
Prior to his role as SVP for GES, he served as SVP for ADP TotalSource Sales, overseeing over 800 sales associates that delivered consistently strong double-digit growth over five consecutive years. Earlier to this role he held a number of leadership positions including Division Vice President (DVP) of Major Accounts Sales – Southeast Division.
Gus is a founding Executive Sponsor of ADP’s Hispanic/LatinX Business Resource Group, Adelante. He is also a proud advocate and volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and the Girls and Boys Clubs of South Florida.
Gus earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Management with Honors, with an emphasis on marketing, organizational communication/development, and quantitative methods from the University of Florida.
