Alex Quevedo is President of Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). In this role, he leads ADP Comprehensive Services, a market leading HR business process outsourcing solution, and ADP TotalSource®, one of the largest Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) in the United States, serving more than 600,000 client employees. Alex and his team are focused on helping small and mid-sized businesses manage their most important resource, their people, while providing tools to attract and retain top talent, mitigate employment risk, gain operational efficiencies, and control cost.
Prior to this role, Alex served as Senior Vice President of Sales for HRO where he was responsible for leading a team of more than 1,000 field, in-house and channel sales representatives who drove growth and market leadership for ADP’s TotalSource and Comprehensive Services solutions.
Alex joined ADP in 1997 as District Manager for Small Business Services (SBS) Sales. He has since held roles of increasing responsibility in sales, insurance, strategy development and more, always keenly focused on developing new ways to grow revenue and increase client satisfaction through engagement. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Insurance Services, where he led the strategy, planning and execution of the Property and Casualty, and the Health and Benefits sales channels. He was also Division Vice President of Insurance Services, a role in which he successfully navigated the ever-changing industry landscape, including the Affordable Care Act, and other regulatory and market trends.
Throughout his career, Alex has been passionate about developing people and creating empowered teams, particularly through his leadership in ADP’s Adelante business resource group, an employee-led organization focused on supporting the Hispanic/LatinX community and their allies.
He is also an avid supporter of the SebastainStrong Foundation, an organization focused on funding research for childhood cancer treatments and providing financial support for families experiencing the hardship of battling cancer.
Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Cumberland University, where he was the first student to be awarded the Algernon Sydney Sullivan Award for ardent public service.
